A great exercise to improve upper body strength is to perform Push Ups on a Swiss Ball. This exercise targets the pectorals (chest) muscles and core stability. Roll out on a Swiss Ball with your head face down until the ball is under your thighs. Maintain a stable core with a neutral pelvis start to perform push ups. If you want to make this exercise harder try rolling farther out on the Swiss ball.
